NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On August 6, 2018, the Town Council of the Town of Mount Airy will hold a public hearing at Town Hall, 110 South Main Street, Mt. Airy, MD 21771 beginning at 7:00 p.m. to hear evidence about and consider an application to change zoning classification for property located within the Town at 4040 Twin Arch Road. The application seeks to change the zoning classification of the property from its current designation, Residential Existing (RE), to Industrial (I) based upon a substantial change in the character of the neighborhood where the property is located pursuant to the Land Use Article of the Maryland Code, Section 4-204(b)(2)(i) and the Town Code, Section 112-69.
