Trash and Recycling pick-up for Carroll County Town Residents will be delayed one day due to the Christmas and New Year Holidays. Trash pick-up days will be Wednesday December 26th and January 2nd and Recycling pick-up days will be Thursday, December 27th and January 3rd. Trash pick-up for Frederick County Town Residents will be on your regularly scheduled day. Recycling for Frederick County Town Residents will be delayed one day.
