WINTER REMINDERS from the Office of Code Enforcement
During periods of a snow emergency, vehicles must be removed from town streets so that snowplow crews can safely clear the streets. Thank you for you cooperation.
Town Code §105-23: $100 fine. Sidewalks must be cleared of snow and ice within 24 hours of a snowfall.
Town Code § 85-4.1: $25 fine for the 1st offense and $50 for each subsequent offense. Each day the sidewalk is not cleared constitutes a separate offense.
