The Town of Mount Airy will hold a budget work session for the fiscal year 2023-2024 budget on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 starting at 5:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 110 S. Main Street, Mount Airy, MD 21771.
Prior to the start of the budget work session the council will go into open session to hold a closed meeting, as allowed by STATUTORY AUTHORITY TO CLOSE SESSION, GENERAL PROVISIONS ARTICLE 3-305(b)(3) To consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and matters directly related thereto; Subj: land acquisition. STATUTORY AUTHORITY TO CLOSE SESSION, GENERAL PROVISIONS ARTICLE 3-305(b)(7) To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice on a legal matter; Subj: lease terms.
