The Planning Commission will be hosting two public hearings on March 25 at Town Hall, 110 S. Main St. with the first one beginning at 7:15 p.m. and the second at 7:30 p.m.
The first hearing is regarding the Priority Areas for the purpose of allocation of available water and sewer capacity pursuant to Town Code Chapter 109 entitled “Water” and Section 109-19.4B entitled “Priority areas Map.”
The Town Engineer’s “Priority Area for the proposed allocation of available water and sewer capacity Map” is available for review at Town Hall during normal business hours and on the Town’s website at www.mountairymd.gov.
The second hearing is regarding the proposed allocation of the Town’s Available Water Capacity Yield and Available Sewer Capacity Yield among Allocation Categories pursuant to Town Code Chapter 109 entitled “Water” and Section 109-19.4 entitled “Water and Sewer Allocation”.
The Town Engineer’s “Recommendation for Division of Allocation Categories” is available for review at Town Hall during normal business hours and on the Town’s website at www.mountairymd.gov.
