CALL FOR 21771 AUTHORS -- PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION
The Town would like to host a Local Author Day during a select Wednesday date at the upcoming Mount Airy Farmers Market (Wednesdays June 5-Spet. 25).
We will be offering spaces to selected published authors currently living in the 21771 zip code ONLY. While we would love to showcase all the wonderful published authors in the area, this event is only for those who live in the Mount Airy zip code.
The author must have a physically published book of their work to be considered. Those with books coming out later or online will not be selected.
The event is designed as a way for authors to get the word out about their books and sell their work to those interested.
Authors please send your name, website/author social media pages (if you have one) and list of books published to Director of Community Development Ashley Collier at acollier@mountairymd.gov and Communications Specialist Gina Gallucci-White at ggallucciwhite@mountairymd.gov.
