By shopping small, you can be eligible to win a $50 gift certificate that can be redeemed at any passport business!
1. Make a purchase at any eight participating businesses in Carroll County from now to Dec. 8. Have the shop name listed and employee initial as proof of purchase. (Only one per business)
2. Turn completed passports in to any Carroll County library or Town Hall by Dec. 10.
3. Twenty winners will be picked at random to receive a $50 gift certificate good at any of the participating businesses.
