Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Mount Airy Town Hall to hear the following case:
CASE NO. MA-BOA-2025-01 – filed by Danielle Griffith to obtain a Special Exception for a Home Occupation (Licensed Home Daycare) as required under Section 112-25 of the Zoning Ordinance on the property known as 1810 Castle Green Circle, Mount Airy, MD, located in the R2 District.
